I need womeone respond my question about fixing abilities..

First of all HI everyone
i have a few questions here
1.- its like in the real conquer if oyu are lvl 135 and get reb you get lvl 130 and automatyc get lvl 135?
2.-if i fix some ability and i reborn i just have to tek it to the alf way to fix it?
3.-if my Coronet ask me for 40 mets to get lvl 97 why i can only care 39?

you can change it any time with 1 db

just lv it with a db or make a met scroll(10 mets in 1 item)

Turn 10 meteors into a met scroll or level it with a couple dragon balls
