    Fire spell, learned after max Thunder[4] , From the NPC or spell book, seems like there is a bug and you can't learn it from NPC the only way to get it is from a book, minor bug but still a bug

    even if you cant learn it from the NPC go to the market buy the book from Pheremcist or however it calld lol
